FAQ’S

What is Paintless Dent Removal?

Paintless dent repair (PDR), also known as paintless dent removal, is a method of removing dents from vehicle panels without damage to the paintwork.

Paintless dent repair is a combination of glue pulling & slowly massaging the panels from the backside using specialized tools.

PDR is a science not just a skill! It’s all about applying the right pressure to certain spots while slowly applying pressure to high spots, which may include lateral tension or slight heat.

What are the benefits of PDR?
– Lower Cost of repairs, generally 1/4 the price of traditional panel shop repairs.

– Full mobile service is provided at no additional cost.

– Panel shops will require your vehicle for 1-3 weeks with a 3/6month wait time. Our team offers same-day service!

– An average repair time of 2 hours.

– Maintain your vehicle’s factory paintwork/ condition. No miss matched paintwork or body fillers.

– PDR will help save you money when trading in or selling your vehicle. Vehicles are often judged by their first appearance. So having
nasty dings/dents on your vehicle’s body can deter potential buyers. Dealerships are also known to knock thousands of dollars off the sale of your vehicle due to damaged bodywork.

– Better for the Environment

PDR is environmentally friendly! By preserving the paintwork on vehicles instead of replacing panels & using paints and fillers, and contributing to landfill. No paint, fillers, or dangerous chemicals at all!

Can PDR help me sell my car?
Most definitely people judge a car by its appearance and quite often equate a car’s exterior with the level of maintenance and upkeep it may have had. Dealerships are known to offer thousands of $$$ less for body damage. If it looks good they tend to assume it has been well taken care of. If you’re selling your car PDR is one of the only ways to get top dollar.
Should I try and push most of the damage out myself first?
No, we do not recommend this. We use special tools to leverage certain lows of the
damage first to avoid making high spots/crowns ( opposite of dent ) once the
customer has created these, the time of the dent can far exceed quote.
